User Agreement and Offer for Services

Introduction

This website is maintained by ORIDRASER LLC. The terms ‘SMM Team’, ‘SMMteam’, ‘SMMteam.pro’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘ours’ refer to ORIDRASER LLC. By visiting our website and using the Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the 'Terms').

SECTION 1 – TERMS OF THE WEBSITE

To start working with the Service, the User must go through the registration procedure by assigning a unique name (login) and password. Upon completing registration, the User becomes the owner of an account and is responsible for maintaining the security of login credentials. The Service Administration provides technical support and may terminate services if Terms are violated.

The User agrees not to perform actions violating laws or disrupting service operation. The User undertakes to deposit funds to their personal account for paid services; funds on the account are non-refundable and may be used to pay for services. Claims about service issues should be sent to support@SMMteam.pro and will be reviewed within 10 days.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES IN THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to change or terminate the Service at any time and are not liable for changes, suspensions, or termination.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT AND RECORDS

Keep account and payment information up to date. Users may request account deletion; such requests are processed within 10 days. Payment methods and tariffs are published on our website at https://SMMteam.pro/tariffs-and-payment.

SECTION 6 – ADDITIONAL TOOLS

Use of additional tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms. We may offer new features in the future and these Terms will apply to them as well.

SECTION 7 – THIRD PARTY LINKS

Certain content on our Service may comprise third-party items; we are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Review third-party policies carefully before interacting with them.
