User Agreement and Offer for Services

Introduction
This website is maintained by ORIDRASER LLC. The terms ‘SMM Team’, ‘SMMteam.pro’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘ours’ refer to ORIDRASER LLC. By visiting our website and using the Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the 'Terms').
SECTION 1 – TERMS OF THE WEBSITE
To start working with the Service, the User must go through the registration procedure by assigning a unique name (login) and password. Upon completing registration, the User becomes the owner of an account and is responsible for maintaining the security of login credentials. The Service Administration provides technical support and may terminate services if Terms are violated.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
The subject of this agreement is the provision of reimbursable information services. New features are subject to these Terms. The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws; the right to use the Service is provided under the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
SECTION 3 – RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE PARTIES
Users must comply with applicable law and must not disrupt the Service. Questions and service complaints can be sent to support@SMMteam.pro. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy linked below, which forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle buyer rights take precedence.
SECTION 4 – CHANGES IN THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to change or terminate the Service at any time and are not liable for changes, suspensions, or termination.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENT AND RECORDS
Keep account and payment details up to date. Account deletion requests are processed within 10 days; deletion does not itself request a refund or cancel billing. Public prices are available at SMMteam.pro/prices. For Paddle purchases, Paddle is the merchant of record. Refunds and cancellation follow the Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 – ADDITIONAL TOOLS
Use of additional tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms. We may offer new features in the future and these Terms will apply to them as well.
SECTION 7 – THIRD PARTY LINKS
Certain content on our Service may comprise third-party items; we are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Review third-party policies carefully before interacting with them.
SECTION 8 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER REPRESENTATIONS
Comments must not violate rights of third parties, contain illegal or abusive content, or include malware. You are responsible for your posted content.
SECTION 9 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND TROUBLES
We may correct errors or update information on the Service at any time and are not obligated to update information beyond legal requirements.

The Service is provided 'as is' and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We shall not be liable for inaccuracies or indirect damages as specified in the full Terms.

Termination of the Terms does not affect duties arising prior to termination. We may terminate or suspend access in cases of breach at our discretion.

We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use implies acceptance of updates.
SECTION 14 – TERM OF SERVICE PROVISION
Service term applies from receipt of payment to the expiry of the purchased term.
