Privacy Policy
This document 'Privacy Policy' governs information about the user that the SMM Team service may receive during use of the service.
1. The Users’ personal information that SMM Team receives and processes
Within the framework of this Policy, 'the user’s personal information' implies:
1.1 Personal information that the users submit about themselves during registration or while using the Service, including full name and e-mail address; additional information is provided at the user's discretion.
1.2 Data automatically transmitted to the Service during its use by the user's device (such as IP address and cookie information).
This Policy applies to the SMM Team Service only and does not govern third-party websites that the user may access from our site.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing the users’ personal and non-personal information
The SMM Team collects and stores only personal data required for operation of the Service and provision of services (implementation of agreements with the user).
- Identification in agreements and contracts;
- Delivery of personalized services;
- Communication with the user (notifications, support, processing inquiries);
- Improving service quality and developing new features;
- Creating posts on behalf of the user in social networks as provided by the user;
- Conducting statistical and other studies based on depersonalized data.
3. Terms of processing the user’s personal information and transmission to third parties
Confidentiality of the user's personal information shall be maintained, except where the user voluntarily provides information for public access. The SMM Team may transmit personal information to third parties when the user has consented, when required for the Service operation (e.g., creating posts or receiving messages from social networks), to detect or prevent fraud or security issues, or when required by law.
4. Editing personal information by the user
The user can edit (update, complete) personal information at any time using the profile editing functions. A user can also disconnect accounts to remove data associated with a specific account.
5. Data protection and security
SMM Team protects personal information and user data received from Google APIs and other connected third-party platforms, including OAuth access tokens, account identifiers, profile information, posts, messages, statistics and other data received through connected social network integrations, using administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. These safeguards include encrypted transmission via HTTPS/TLS, restricted access based on business need, authentication controls, secure storage, activity logging and monitoring, backups, and measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. We use user data received from Google and other connected platforms only to provide and improve the Service features requested by the user, such as connecting accounts, publishing content, receiving messages, displaying statistics and managing social network accounts. We do not sell Google user data or user data from other connected platforms and do not transfer it to third parties except when necessary to provide the Service, when the user has consented, when required for security or fraud prevention, or when required by law. If a user disconnects an account or requests deletion, SMM Team deletes or anonymizes the related data where it is no longer required for the Service, legal compliance, security or legitimate business records.
