AIDA - Customer Journey Model from Attention to Purchase

AIDA is a classic model of consumer behavior that describes the path from first contact to purchase. It includes four stages:

  • Attention - attracting attention;
  • Interest - generating interest;
  • Desire - creating desire;
  • Action - performing an action (usually a purchase).

Sales funnels and advertising scenarios are built based on the AIDA model.
